Our spitbraai for whole lamb or pork includes the following:

20kg lamb or 25kg pork with our special marinade and rosemary jus.
Spit roast potatoes & baby onions.
Greek salad.
Couscous salad.
Apple pie or homemade gelato ice cream.
Mobile spitbraai on a trailer (rental included).

We use a mix between hardwood and (wingerd hout), the smoke gives off
great aroma’s and flavor to the lamb.

Please note that the following spitbraai menu is a good framework and also very popular as it is, however please feel free to add or take away some menu options for us to provide you with a tailored quotation.

Spitbraai Cape Town Western Cape

Due to the high volume of enquiries of guests (living mostly in the Cape Town region) attending weddings here in the Robertson Wine Valley from where they experienced our traditional way of how to spit a lamb or pork, we decided to branch out to the Cape Town region. Simply provide accommodation for a staff of 3 max for a three lamb spit and add R880 (travel cost).
